British centenarians smoking nearly 300,000 cigarettes and drink 900 bottles of whiskey


British World War II veteran Arthur Lange Lan spent his 100th birthday recently. Arthur’s longevity tips will absolutely make most of people stunned, because he turned out to be a constant smoking every day, from the age of 20, he always smoked at least 10 cigarettes a day, so far, he has been smoked 292,000 cigarette. Before going to sleep every night he would also like to drink a glass of whiskey spirits, all these years, he drank over 900 bottles of whiskey.
Arthur’s early life is very unfortunate, he was born to become an orphan, when he was 14 years old, the British National Child Welfare sent him to Canada to became a farm worker. Arthur returned to England in 1940, joined the Army, participated in the Second World War. On the battlefield, Arthur was nearly killed by a grenade, though he survived the turbulent life, Arthur have been under pressure for long time, and he has also was used to unwinding by smoking. Arthur smoked his first cigarette when he was 20 years old, a total of 292,000 for 80 years. Although smoked, but Arthur has been very healthy, too little of any smoking-induced diseases.
Arthur said he has no intention to change these habits.
The true funny stories of Arthur make doctors puzzled, they are surprised Arthur could live to 100 years old. Some doctors found that Arthur has a Immune Function to the harm of tobacco and alcohol, the doctors also said Arthur need not quit smoking. Somebody said Arthur’s longevity related to the gene.
