Weight loss of 20 pounds by eating potatoes every day

A man ate 20 potatoes every day over the past two months in the United States, so he lost the weight of 1.5 stone, the true funny stories maybe can give some inspire to some people who care about healthy diet.
Chris Voigt is the head of Washington State Potato Commission,  Voigt completed his extraordinary eating behavior. Since Oct. 1, he only ate steaming, baking and other cooking method of potatoes every day, and he is just adding salt, pepper and herbs to meet the taste requirements. Voigt’s action just fight back those people who claim eating potatoes was unhealthy.
Voigt said that after two months of “potato life,” he lost a full 21 pounds of weight, and blood sugar and cholesterol levels also decreased.
Doctors suggested that he will step into other types of foods in the daily diet, and Voigt also jokingly said: “I eat potatoes not only more healthy, but also reduce the cost.”
